Tuesday is one of the biggest days in baseball as well as one of the biggest days of the week for daily fantasy baseball. FanDuel runs some of it’s biggest tournaments and every team is in play on Tuesdays. It’s a big day for baseball and we’ve got you covered. We have four tips today with a couple of stacks that we really like. Let’s get a closer look at the games for today and grab some winners.

The Twins and Yankees continue their series tonight in New York with a sad pitching match-up. Mike Pelfrey goes for the Twins and CC Sabathia pitches for the Yankees. Sabathia has looked good over his last couple of starts, but I don’t believe it. He still can’t get right handers out and the Twins have an absolute murders row of righties. Brian Dozier, Miguel Sano, Trevor Plouffe and Aaron Hicks will all give CC trouble today and I don’t think it’s going to be pretty. The Yankees should score some runs against Pelfrey as well. Pelfrey is a weak strikeout pitcher and mediocore overall which is something that should have Yankees hitters going crazy today.

An AL West showdown starts in Texas tonight between the Rangers and Mariners. Iwakuma starts for the Mariners coming off of his no-hitter and I don’t expect him to have the same results. He’s coming off of two games with really high pitch counts and one of those two games saw the Rangers hit him pretty hard. I think the Rangers will score some runs in this one. Not as much as the Mariners will score though against Chi-Chi Martinez. He has a higher walk rate than strikeout rate and he has gotten killed this season. The Mariners have been hitting well lately and this match-up is great for them. This game is going over and the Mariners hitters are in play as a stack tonight.

Sometimes the obvious pick is the right pick. Cano, Cruz, Seager, Smith and Montero are all in play tonight at: http://www.FanDuel.com

The Blue Jays take on the Phillies today in a series that should get them right back into the thick of things in the AL East. They face Aaron Nola who we’ve really liked thus far in his young career. This will probably be his toughest test of the season tonight and I don’t love his chances against this Jays offense. He goes against RA Dickey who gets a favorable match-up against a Phillies offense that ranks near the bottom of the league against right handed starters. Dickey has been really hot of late, but his peripherals don’t quite match up with his ERA over the past thirty days. Against this Phillies offense though I think he’ll continue his good fortune. This game should be closer and lower scoring than most expect and I think it will go under.

The Rays and Astros continue their series tonight as the Rays look to keep themselves in the Wild Card race. Scott Feldman goes for the Astros and he is not very good. He has one of the lowest strikeout rates of any starting pitcher and is facing a red hot Rays offense. He goes against Jake Odorizzi who has struggled on the road, but is still a better option than Feldman. The Astros offense has hit a cold streak lately as they are on a 4-9 run and they just haven’t looked like themselves. Tonight is not the night for the ship to righted with Feldman on the mound and a tired bullpen.
